A "Newbie Poem"


Stand tall and proud
Hold on to your quits
Even if at seems at times
you're at the end of your wits

For it will get better
and then it gets good
and on days when it bites
Just hang out in the "hood"

For Blairsville will hold you
and keep you smoke-free
The people will love you
as they have L*O*V*E*D me.

We know the pain of the quit
of feeling lost and confused
and we'll share all our strengths
and the tactics we've used.

We know the truth of smoking
We know Nicodemon and the Fat Guys
We know that the tobacco industry
Is filled with treachery and lies.

We know that it is tough to quit
but we know that you can do it
so why not join our quest for health
and let us help you through it?
